Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) program

The DDS Qualifying Program is designed for dental students who have graduated from a non-accredited dentistry program in another country (e.g. India, Middle east etc.)

The Qualifying Program can help you gain eligibility for license to practice dentistry in Canada. This program builds on your existing dentistry knowledge and provides updates and training in North American dentistry. You’ll graduate with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree and be eligible for license to practice dentistry in Canada.

Masters in Dentistry/Dental Sciences Program

Masters in Dentistry programs are usually offered for DDS program graduates or those proceeding from an equivalent degree (e.g. BDS). These programs are offered in either thesis based or non-thesis based formats. The thesis based programs are research-oriented and are carried out under the supervision of a professor, and requires the completion of a thesis upon the end of the program. These programs do not lead to a clinical specialization or licensure.
