The DDS (also called as DDM in some universities) advanced standing program is designed for dental students who have graduated from a non-accredited dentistry program in another country (e.g. India, Middle east etc.)
The advanced standing program can help you gain eligibility for license to practice dentistry in USA. This program builds on your existing dentistry knowledge and provides updates and training in North American dentistry. You’ll graduate with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DDM) and be eligible for license to practice dentistry in USA.
